Based in Enoggera, Brisbane, the team at Resistance Sports Science are university qualified experts in exercise, health, and fitness and are dedicated to the knowledge and provision of innovative exercise programs that are right for you.

Resistance Sports Science caters to Athletes and Everyday Individuals. There is something for everyone at Resistance Sports Science. We are unlike many other conventional allied health centers. All members of RSS have access to the gym between 5 am and 11 pm. This also gives you access to our coaches and allied health team between staffed hours!

Make the most of our one of a kind athlete development packages which gives you access to affordable and quality regular sessions with our in house sports science, physiotherapy, Remedial Massage, Exercise Physiologists and Diet Team.
