Starting from any fitness or strength base we will take you through the most comprehensive testing and analysis of YOUR body. Using this data we will create a progressive program with specific exercises, sets, reps, weights and rest periods. Not only will you have the luxury of training in 25+ different time slots weekly, but you will have full access to the whole program to complete elsewhere if you can't make it to the gym! Over the 12 weeks, you will feel your body changing and adapting to heavier weights and more intense exercise. You will build a tolerance for anything we throw at you and you will maintain it for the long term! We will re-test your initial results at 12 weeks and again at 18 weeks to ensure you are constantly improving.
