Resistance Sports Science is so excited to announce that for the month of February, any sports participant at World Gym Stafford will receive a free sports performance assessment by the team at RSS!

 

Whether you play social tennis or professional football, the RSS team are experts in improving your training, creating specific gym programs for sports players, and coaching in the gym! You can find the RSS team in the functional area every morning and afternoon Monday-Friday. 

 

This free sports assessment will give you valuable feedback on how to improve your training for your sport. PLUS if you decide to join the Athlete Hub program for the month of February, you will receive 25% off their Junior and Senior programs!
