Our Accredited Sports Dietitian will design a long term nutrition program customised to suit your preferences, lifestyle and most importantly training regime. Off-season, pre-season, competition, finals and even rehabilitation require different fueling strategies. As training intensity and duration varies across these phases, so must your nutrition goals. Let your very own nutrition coach equip you with the knowledge and understanding to get the most out of your training sessions, reduce your risk of injury or illness and make your ambition become reality. 

  • 1 hour Comprehensive Initial Dietitian Consultation and Assessment

  • Individualised Meal Plan, Race Plan or Specific Dietary recommendations

The Online Athlete delivers a persaonalised nutrition coaching program all from the comfort of your home. Our Accredited Sports Dietitian will design a specific long term nutrition program to enable you to perform at your best and achieve your nutrition goals. This program is ideal for athletes who are able to workout autonomously but need accountability and support with their everyday nutrition, as well as specific guidance regarding nutrition in and around training, competition and as well as different seasons. Let your very own nutrition coach provide you with the support, knowledge and education around nutrition to enable you to be the best athlete you can be.
