4 WEEK STRENGTH CAMP

Brisbane Rhinos past and present players are invited to join the Resistance Sports Science x Rhinos four week performance camp. Our goal is to make you a physical machine as you take part in specific Gridiron strength training and speed development. Get the edge this pre-season and take your physical game to another level.

  • Unlimited access to the RSS Athlete Hub or Junior Athlete hub 

  • Your performance results to be sent to the Endzone academy for potential selection

  • Pick and choose your training sessions 7 Days a week!

  • Personalised Strength Programs 

  • Gridiron Performance Testing and Re-Testing 

  • 1x Weekly Specific Speed and Agility Session 

  • Unlimited Support from Rhinos Strength and Conditioning Team Patrick Wood and Daniel Robson-Petch

Kick-off: 19th of April 6 pm at Resistance Sports Science 
Monday - Friday  Strength, Power and Movement (Full access to athlete hub timetable)
Saturday - Off Feet Conditioning 8 am
Sunday - Specific Speed and Agility Session (Before Rhinos Training)
